We start every co-managed engagement with a conversation between your IT lead and ours. What’s taking up more time than it should? What projects would move faster with backup? Then we scope to fit — and revisit quarterly as the business changes.

Sometimes that means we run the overflow helpdesk. Sometimes we don’t touch the helpdesk but handle cybersecurity tooling. Sometimes we just cover on-call nights and weekends. Sometimes we step in for six months while you recruit an engineer. Sometimes we do all of the above, across different quarters.
